Justin, Our second in command is skilled in structured cabling, wireless network implementation and installation, and security systems. Justin is our systems expert, He is leading the charge to perfect our in house systems and efficiency of the organization. As our dedicated installation expert, Justin implements the strongest I.T. backbone of your business.
Todd, our Senior Technician and software specialist, has over 10 years of advanced troubleshooting and software knowledge. His strengths are Windows Server and workstation operating systems along with prominent audiology and medical EMR software. Scripting, A+ Certified. Hardware, Workstations, & Wireless.
Ari, our Office Manager and glue for the company. She is well versed in customer relations and scheduling. Ari will take your calls and deliver excellent service to your organization when technology rears it’s ugly head the wrong way.
Jake, Our newest member to the team. 5 years experience. well versed in Desktop support, troubleshooting, network cabling. We are happy to have him.
