Jeff Carpenter
Our owner and founder, obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, Jeff started working in the computer & networking arena back in 1993. Over the past 28 years he has developed the perfect solution for managing business Information Technology (IT). Jeff’s Strengths are Windows Servers, Data Protection, Microsoft Exchange, SQL, Software, & Hardware, Surveillance, Telephone Systems, Cabling, Workstations, Printers, & Wireless.
Justin Carpenter
Our second in command is skilled in structured cabling, wireless network implementation and installation, and security systems. Justin is our systems expert, He is leading the charge to perfect our in house systems and efficiency of the organization. As our dedicated installation expert, Justin implements the strongest I.T. backbone of your business.
Brandon Rollins
Brandon is our Lead Engineer and data backup and storage specialist, has been in the I.T. industry for over 15 years and has the experience and knowledge to keep your data safe and secure for years to come. He also has advanced wireless, routing and security capabilities. He is well versed in Linux, Windows and Mac OS and advanced routing and security capabilities
Josh O’Bagy
Josh has over 10 years of experience, Experienced in Home User computers, Well versed in hardware upgrades, performance, compatibility. Skilled local workstation troubleshooting, Experienced in multiple versions of Windows, Customer service skills and relations.
Ari Dayberry
Ari is our dispatcher and glue for the company. She is well versed in customer relations and scheduling. Ari will take your calls and deliver excellent service to your organization when technology rears it’s ugly head the wrong way.
Alec Dayberry
Alec is our dedicated installation expert and installation project manager. He’s here to ensure that new low voltage and fiber optic cabling installations are done properly and efficiently.
Todd Dalton
Todd is our Senior Technician and software specialist, has over 9 years of advanced troubleshooting and software knowledge. His strengths are Windows Server and workstation operating systems along with prominent medical and dental EMR software. Scripting, A+ Certified. Hardware, Workstations, & Wireless.
Robert Myrick
Rob is our newest addition to the team and is experienced in general IT support along with skilled local workstation troubleshooting and multiple versions of Windows.
David Carpenter
Dave is our salt lake based install technician. Leading the charge in network installations and structured cabling, Dave knows the cleanest, and most efficient way to implement a strong network backbone for your business.
Zero
Zero is our company mascot and (recurring) employee of the month. She specializes in chasing lasers, birdwatching, and getting treats from the UPS guy.
